This writing tool is designed to be used with the downloadable online workshop product "Aligning with the Flow of Abundance," but it can be applied to any life situation!

We each have hidden stories that we carry with us. Stories about why we can't/shouldn't do something or why we're not "enough" in some way, Often we believe these stories so strongly that we don't even realize they're there.  This exercise will assist you in diving down deep into where these stories, or limiting beliefs, came from. These beliefs take root in childhood and we carry them in our subconscious for years. When we identify where they originated, we can begin to separate from these false stories and move on with our lives.

In this tool, you will follow a writing prompt with questions to help you identify and separate from of something represents a "stuck" area for you (For example, that might be "Worries about money" or "Doubt my own abilities" or "I feel overwhelmed and stressed.")
