Life flows along as we continue to move forward. Sometimes it all can feel overwhelming, which can lead to a sense of paralysis about taking action. Our negative thoughts can create this, along with a dissonance in our bodies.

And that's okay, it's normal to react this way. Yet, at a certain level, we know that this way of being isn't going to help us evolve and grow, and that could actually harm us over time.

What can keep us going (and what certainly has helped me) is a strong connection to higher guidance. I deeply rely on my spiritual support team to show me the way forward, and how to cope when it all can feel like too much.

Intuition is the way out (the way out is in). When we trust our heart as to what to do (or what not to do) we can feel peace and an understanding of what things we can control and what we can learn to accept, as hard as it may be.

A recent client of mine was seeking a deeper connection with her intuition to help guide her forward as to what steps to take in her healing some longstanding health issues.

She especially wanted to re-establish a relationship with the wise Ascended Master known as Jesus. Having grown up in an orthodox religion that didn't resonate with her anymore, she had lost her connection with sources of love like Jesus and she longed to have it once again, but wasn't sure how.

We talked about how to open her heart to light, and to quiet her mind to tune into the energy around her. Then, we went into her Akashic Records. As I was inviting Jesus to be with us, I felt his presence in my heart, as if his whole face was in my chest. It was incredibly moving and powerful. These words then came to me as a response to her question of how to connect with him:

"I am You."

Just this simple phrase was so deeply moving. Both my client and I shed some tears.

Then what came through was: "I am already with you. Your love is who I am."

The energy that my client felt and that came through brought her a deep sense of peace that everything was going to be okay. She also understood how some negative thoughts had actually helped create more of the unwanted health situation.

The message that Jesus was and always has been with her was incredibly comforting to her. She shared with me a few days later that she felt more connected than she had in a very long time, and that this bond has lasted since then, resulting in a lessening of her symptoms with less pain.

So many us have felt alienated from traditional religion. And yet, how can we still connect with Divine sources to help guide us?

When we learn to open our hearts to light, to clear away subconscious blocks (like negative thoughts) and simply just ask, we open up our intuition to a real connection and knowing of what to do in everyday situations. We even open up to healing our bodies.

We will explore how to do this in the Intuition Development 101 Class. You'll be able to share what you're experiencing in your own life for tailored guidance with each live class.

To learn more about connect with wise guides, Ascended Masters and Divine beings, and even to God, join us in a live, 5-week online class starting in a few days, Monday, May 6th: Intuition Development 101.

With blessings and appreciation,

The Light Within the Darkness of the Eclipse

I am basking in the wonder from the total solar eclipse here in Maine. I keep replaying the moments of darkness in my mind, and the pure emotion I felt of such gratitude and awe of the magic the sun and moon displayed for us. I am still processing it all, but I will share a picture here for those of you who may have not witnessed this spectacle. The energies are still here for us to integrate... whether we saw it with our eyes our not.

I feel that the energies of the solar eclipse and all around us in general are helping us to open our third eye - to begin tapping into unseen, Divine forces, like the celestial elements, here to guide us. (Did you know all that seven planets were visible in the sky, in alignment with the Sun, on April 8?)

Some of the ancient peoples living on Earth years ago similarly were frightened of and confused by this darkness, and would avoid going outside during solar eclipses.

And yet now, we have learned so much more about what is happening. We now know the darkness is temporary.

Maybe this can apply to our own lives. What if by acknowledging the shadows we can actually bring in more light?

So many of us have been in the darkness in our lives for many years. Many of us were taught to fear God due to religious programming.

And this fear led us to block out the Divine light of our own Higher Selves trying to guide us along.

This has led to a feeling of being lost and "off the path" for so many in our modern society, unsure of what our purpose is or what will bring fulfillment or meaning in our lives.

I hear this from so many clients seeking support to reconnect with their souls. And time and time again, I recommend a few things to them that I will also suggest to you here.

Begin by quieting your minds and clearing away the protective shadows of Ego (after acknowledging and processing) to allow your third eye to open even more. Then, by intentionally connecting with loving forms of Spirit, you can activate you intuitive knowing to help guide you forward in your life.

And yet, if this were all so simple, why aren't we all waking up each day with a knowing of what our deepest soul purpose is, and how to take the steps to actualize it?

It's also because there's often fear. And this fear comes from pre-conceptions, stories or myths that we have heard about what it means to develop psychic ability, or intuition.

When we take the time to really examine these false stories, we can begin to move past them and into taking brave steps forward to listen to our Higher Selves, and to our angels, spirit guides and even multi-dimensional beings (like Pleaidians or Arcturians) who are here to help us in our lives. These loving friends are all connected to the Creator/Source/God.

It's a beautiful process that takes time, but I have seen it happen and produce a wonderful new way of living in alignment with flow, peace and trust for lots of people I've worked with!

And in the meantime, I hope that today, wherever you are, you give yourself some time after the eclipse to pause, integrate and allow the darkness to guide you toward the light.

The Message of I Am

Dear soul on the other side of the screen,

After every retreat, I always spend time just soaking up the energy of the weekend, and really reveling in it.

This past weekend was no different. After having led over a dozen retreats, I feel I have settled into a flow of where I really enjoy them myself too, and can relax in the light of being with others I support.

This retreat was different in a way though, as it was the first I have done at Limina Renewal Center in mid-coast Maine. I took a risk in booking a weekend there even though I had never seen it myself. I trusted.

And I was blown away. The attention to detail, the organization, the little touches like candles, bathrobes and chocolates, helped us all feel so special and pampered. The view is spectacular, and of course the delicious treats of an infrared sauna, amethyst bio-mat, labyrinth, art/music room, reading nooks, chakra tea, and so much more made it that much more special.

In addition to the meditations to meet our angels, spirit guides and an Ascended Master, apparently my higher self visited retreat participants in their dreams at night too! (Yes, a few people told me this, that’s probably why I didn’t sleep much that first night - ha!).

We also cold plunged in the ocean, and shared our personal musings and experiences in meditation with each other. And we felt the deep oneness of the Creator and light of multi-dimensional realities in the didgeridoo/gong bath sound healing we were blessed with.

The sound healing in particular stood out for me. While I loved the gongs undulating around me like waves, and the didgeridoo guiding me through portals into Pleaidian light (the Pleaidians are high-vibration multi-dimensional beings), it was the silence at the end that impacted me the most.

After an hour of the sound bath, the quiet spoke to me in a way that I had truly not experienced before.

It was as if in the silence I could hear the voice of Source/Creator/God.

What came to me was simply the words: "I Am."

Upon hearing those words, I tried to interpret them in the moment, but to no avail.

There was no understanding or interpretation that was needed.

I was simply being guided to just be with the stillness, and with those two words.

It was a profound experience that led me to a new place of spiritual connection.

When we access the energy of the Source, it's often indescribable. Even now, I struggle to put the experience into human words.

It felt as if I were just basking in the feeling of deep connection with all that is, and in the knowing that I was one with all that is. It was quite simple.

Afterward, I remembered a poem that came to me a few years ago. The poem was about a particle of light that wanted to know itself, and how that particle expanded and then expanded again, into varying expressions of light. It was about the formation of human souls and of the universe (aka, the Big Bang).

The "I Am" experience is one that I feel many of us will have more and more as we remember that we are one with the Source, that we have pieces of God within us; that we are that God-energy.

When I get to be in retreat spaces like this with people who trust in me and who share of themselves with such vulnerability and connect so powerfully with each other,  and when I benefit myself from the energy of connection and healing, I feel so lucky to be able to do this work as my job.

I hope you can feel the energy of peace, connection and union with the Creator as well. I pray that it be so.
