What To Do With Our Anger

I’m going to share something with you that I’m probably not “supposed” to talk about. It’s an emotion that is like a dirty word in the spiritual world. Heck, it’s a dirty word in most of the world.

And that’s anger.

When we think of someone who is angry, we think of someone who is out of control, who we need to be afraid of... to protect ourselves from. It’s someone we may worry is not safe.

But that is often uncontrolled anger. What I’m talking about is simmering anger.

In the past few years, many of us have experienced these sorts of emotions ranging from outright, inner rage to a mild, general irritation.

The thing is, for me personally as a woman, I haven’t felt like I could express that inner anger in a way that would make others around me feel safe. It would make them uncomfortable.

You’ll notice I’m not saying “my anger” since I really don’t want to permanently identify with it… I know it’s a temporary emotion. And often beneath anger is sadness.

I'm going to share more soon about my personal experience moving through layers of anger, and then sadness, especially as I reflect on the past few years of heart-wrenching witnessing to the most massive mind control operation in my lifetime.

At any rate, for us all, how do we move on from anger and sadness? All of these emotions can lead to overwhelm, lashing out at others, internalizing or a sense of paralysis.

Thankfully there are ways to cope.

Transitions and Letting Go

When we leave our physical bodies, we are reborn into Spirit, into a realm of pure, unconditional love and healing light. Having experienced this myself in a life-between-regression, it is an unforgettable experience. Dropping into the spirit realm brings great comfort of what lies beyond this temporary play (the human experience) that we are all acting in right now (and we have all volunteered for this in our challenging Earth school).

When we tell our loved ones that it’s okay for them to go on their last days of this life, it can be deeply liberating for that soul to cross over. We are releasing them from our need to have them stay with us (which is ultimately a selfless act for us to energetically let them go).

How to Break Patterns for Soul Growth

The other day I was talking with someone who was frustrated with some people experiencing a lot of fear. She was wondering when we, as a human collective, would start living in the New Earth way of being. I shared with her my belief that we ARE already living this way.

We are existing side by side in two dimensional realities.

This can feel like two worlds overlapping, like transparencies on old overhead slide projectors that together look unified but are really in different planes of existence.

This doesn't mean we aren't in unity with others. Two things can be true at once.

We are being asked to love each other and have compassion and empathy for all beings.

Yet, the way we experience reality is different from someone still existing in the 3D world of the matrix of control (which is okay... it's what their soul is ready for at this time).

In fact, I was shown this metaphor in the Akashic Records recently (and I have been studying a lot about healing birth/childhood/past life patterns).

With each passing day, with each choice we make, with each action we take, we are moving into higher states of consciousness, into a new way of being.

This has a lot to do with the soul contracts and lessons we set out to learn in this current incarnation.
