Take the Leap Into 5D Consciousness

I asked how we could help people stuck in this 3D dimension, and I was shown that some people who are awakening will come up to look closer at those of us floating in the sky, as if they step up onto some kind of viewing platform. They admire us from this halfway point, and we encourage them to come join us, but many decide they are afraid of heights and would rather go back down to Earth, for now. But gradually, they come up to the platform more and more, getting used to being at such heights.

I see this as a beautiful metaphor of how we, as light workers, can help awakening people ascend into freedom and love of 5th dimensional consciousness.

This is my prayer for the New Year. What is yours? Take a moment to reflect on what you are proud of from the past year, what you learned, what you felt good about, and what you hope for 2022. It's a powerful time to put out intentions!

Separating from the Heaviness

As many of us are in in this state of uncertainty, our "worst-case scenario" fears can get triggered.

Here is what I recently wrote how to release heavy emotions in my upcoming book, Tools for the New Earth: A Guide for Awakening Times. Maybe this will be of service to you in this time:

Sometimes we cannot seem to get away from a constant stream of unwanted thoughts. They can come in like a cascade that flows, pauses and flows again. Some common thoughts may be around worry (What if I run out of money?), self-sabotage (I'm not ________ enough), anger (They're so _________), defeatism/grief (I can't _________), or simply just non-stop chatter (I should _______ and _________ and ________).

The average person has over 50,000 thoughts a day and more than 80% of them are negative. Even though it is difficult to stop all negative thoughts of the left brained, rational mind from coming in, we can begin to slow them down and create space for more gentle, kind thoughts from our intuitive, right-brained spirit to emerge.

In Buddhist meditation practice, there is an acronym called RAIN, which stands for Recognition, Acceptance, Investigation and Non-identification. Essentially, this helps us remember that we can become the observer of our emotions, rather than becoming attached and spinning around in ever-increasing circles with them.

Find Balance with the Autumn Equinox

It is an incredibly exciting time to be alive. While this time is also a challenging one, this age of awakening has been predicted for thousands of years by the Mayans and other indigenous cultures. We are waking up from our Earth slumber and taking back our planet from the intervention of low-vibrational consciousness that kept us in systems of control, oppression and conflict for thousands of years. It’s a time of the rainbow warrior being activated to help bring the Earth into 5th dimensional consciousness. By doing this individual work, you are clearing the Ego shadows that had prevented you from fully expanding into your light. When you do this, the energy you emit is felt by others, emboldening them to do the same.

This shift starts at an individual level, and like a pebble being dropped into a pond, spills out into the collective consciousness.
