Ascend Into Light by Separating from Ego (a.k.a. the Inner Critic)

We must clear the darkness to allow the light.

And we can only know the light by acknowledging the dark.

For me personally, the head-scratching nature of "cancel culture" has left me fascinated. The disappearing of old friendships and the dimensional split of those mired in 3D drama versus those ascending into 5D has never been so palpable.

From a higher, Divine perspective, we understand it.

Everyone moves into higher states of consciousness at their own rates.

But, from the practical, human perspective, the loss of relationships (and of jobs, living situations and ways of being) is still a grieving process we are going through. We must allow ourselves to heal and to reassure our Inner Child(s) that we are okay.

If we don't take time to heal, our negative, protective Ego can rear its head.

It can focus on internalizing blame (why we are not enough or bad). Or it can shift toward externalizing blame onto others (that they are bad/wrong).

When It Gets To Be Too Much (We Can Ask for Soul Growth to Slow Down)

We must be aware of our thoughts when it comes to judging and evaluating ourselves. We beat ourselves up by saying things to ourselves that we would never say to a child.

Instead, we can remember:

We are doing the best we can.

This is a mantra I would suggest that you go and write down and say over and over: I am doing the best I can.

(By the way, you actually can ask your sources of higher guidance to slow down the soul learnings a bit. Remember, that at some level, your Higher Self likely asked for this in your soul contract, but of course contracts can be changed!)

One way we can continue to learn and grow (to become the best versions of ourselves) yet also be kind, loving and gentle to ourselves is to treat ourselves like we would a child.

We would never say to a child, “You’re not good enough. You’re screwing everything up.”

We might say instead, “I love you. You’re a wonderful person with such a big heart. What did you learn from that situation? Maybe you wished it had gone better, but you can always try again next time.”

It Is Safe For You To Heal

Being able to lie down and do nothing but rest and receive is surely one of the most transformative experiences and acts of self-love that one can undergo.

In the Akashic Records, I often find myself these days lying on a table with multi-dimensional beings (usually Pleiadians or Arcturians) offering healing to me, like psychic surgery, pulling out the toxic energy that doesn’t belong.

Of course this energy is also very linked to emotions we are subconsciously carrying. The energies we are receiving are very much asking us to take a moment and observe these emotions (as too many unprocessed negative emotions can actually lead to sickness/pain/dis-ease in our bodies).

But can we feel safe enough (from an Inner Child perspective of course) to do this?

Will we be able to function if we allow ourselves to "go there"?

It's a process.

We move forward a little bit at a time.
