Transitions and Letting Go

When we leave our physical bodies, we are reborn into Spirit, into a realm of pure, unconditional love and healing light. Having experienced this myself in a life-between-regression, it is an unforgettable experience. Dropping into the spirit realm brings great comfort of what lies beyond this temporary play (the human experience) that we are all acting in right now (and we have all volunteered for this in our challenging Earth school).

When we tell our loved ones that it’s okay for them to go on their last days of this life, it can be deeply liberating for that soul to cross over. We are releasing them from our need to have them stay with us (which is ultimately a selfless act for us to energetically let them go).

How to Break Patterns for Soul Growth

The other day I was talking with someone who was frustrated with some people experiencing a lot of fear. She was wondering when we, as a human collective, would start living in the New Earth way of being. I shared with her my belief that we ARE already living this way.

We are existing side by side in two dimensional realities.

This can feel like two worlds overlapping, like transparencies on old overhead slide projectors that together look unified but are really in different planes of existence.

This doesn't mean we aren't in unity with others. Two things can be true at once.

We are being asked to love each other and have compassion and empathy for all beings.

Yet, the way we experience reality is different from someone still existing in the 3D world of the matrix of control (which is okay... it's what their soul is ready for at this time).

In fact, I was shown this metaphor in the Akashic Records recently (and I have been studying a lot about healing birth/childhood/past life patterns).

With each passing day, with each choice we make, with each action we take, we are moving into higher states of consciousness, into a new way of being.

This has a lot to do with the soul contracts and lessons we set out to learn in this current incarnation.

Just Being (Like Trees)

When I paused, I realized how much nature has to teach us. The trees, the water, the rocks and the ground have no hidden motive for being. They don't want anything from us - they don't judge, they don't shame, they don't manipulate, they don't harm. They just are.

Sometimes a tree falls down, and it's fascinating how another tree will often hold up that tree. And that's only what's above the surface (they help each other immensely in their root systems, communicating and connecting).

How can we learn to be more like trees? To just be, without judgment, evaluation or expectation. Can we eventually approach other people in our lives like this?

This may be a long shot, but I believe it is part of where we are going in 5D consciousness.
